We offer a variety of programs and options to fit your lifestyle, schedule, and goals!
The KC Weightlifting Olympic program focuses on performing two fundamental movements with impeccable technique – the clean and jerk, and the snatch. These are funny sounding names for very technical overhead ballistic movements.
The KC Weightlifting Group Fitness program is for anyone who wants to get in better shape or just be generally healthier.
Strength and Conditioning:
From competitive athletes to weekend warriors, everyone wants their body to perform at their maximum potential. We can help you do just that with our Strength and Conditioning class and training system.
Remote Athlete Program:
Digital training has become an incredibly safe and effective way of getting world class training expertise without having to be at a brick and mortar location.
Senior Strength & Healthy Aging:
This specialized program is offered to support older adults through the aging process. Most specifically, this program helps combat osteoporosis.
Some people prefer the focused and dedicated support that can only truly come from a private face-to-face session. We offer private one-on-one personal training by appointment only.
