The KC Weightlifting Olympic program focuses on performing two fundamental movements with impeccable technique – the clean and jerk, and the snatch. These are funny sounding names for very technical overhead ballistic movements. Popularized recently by Crossfit, these lifts have been around since the 1800’s. Coach Anna has been studying, coaching, and performing these lifts for 30 years! This program is in-person and open to all ages and athletic abilities. Anyone can start, you do not need to have any previous lifting experience. We create a dedicated and safe environment for you to either learn the basics or take your lifting career to the next level.
