The KC Weightlifting Group Fitness program is for anyone who wants to get in better shape or just be generally healthier. We run an efficient hour long class, its effective and easy to fit in your daily schedule. You’ll join your peers and start off with a strength focused segment which then moves into a variable ‘workout of the day’ aka WOD. Designed to keep you challenged and engaged, the movements and the structure of the workout change daily. Dynamic programs help break through training plateaus and avoid getting burnt out! We take care of all the necessary equipment and programming so that you can show up and get to work. Most importantly is our gym culture, we have worked hard to create a community oriented, fitness friendly, non-competitive environment in all classes.
